Join us for the seventh season of inspiring talks, readings, panels and performances by well known authors, playwrights, scriptwriters, literary agents, commissioning editors and industry specialists

Hampshire Writers' Society, Stripe Theatre, University of Winchester, Sparkford Road, Winchester SO 22 4NR welcomes all aspiring and published writers to join us for the seventh season of inspiring talks, readings, panels and performances by well known authors, playwrights, scriptwriters, literary agents, commissioning editors and industry specialists. Enter the monthly writing competition, meet other local organisations, theatres and groups who attend as our Special Guests. 

We meet on the second Tuesday of every month, 7 for 7:30 pm where you can chat with other writers informally, enjoy a drink from our bar and browse our speakers' books.  
Free parking behind the Stripe Theatre. The University of Winchester is a ten minute walk from Winchester Train Station. Taxis are usually available from the station.
