Hay Festival Schools Programme 2018

Blending live performance, workshops and storytelling, these two specially curated days on 24 and 25 May 2018 are free for all state schools and funded by the Welsh Government and Hay Festival Foundation. Booking closes on Monday 30 April 2018.

We are delighted to announce the 2018 line-up for the Schools Programme at Hay Festival, featuring a stellar selection of internationally acclaimed scientists, historians, poets, novelists and entertainers, including: authors Julian Clary, Eoin Colfer, David Almond, Patrice Lawrence, Cressida Cowell, Laura Dockrill; poets Joe Coelho and Eric Ngalle Charles, storyteller Daniel Morden; maths prodigy Anne-Marie Imafidon; BBC presenter Katie Thistleton; and broadcaster and teen ambassador Gemma Cairney.
