Settle Stories: The Writer’s Way - Creative Writing & Mindfulness Course
Sat 7 Mar 2020 to Sat 4 Jul 2020
The Writer's Way is a course of five full-day sessions spread across five months led by author, poet and mindfulness practitioner Pete Armstrong.

It will give you the tools and space you need to rediscover yourself, find your voice and write words on paper. Each session will include meditation, instruction, advice and structured feedback.

This course is open to writers of any and every kind. You will be invited to view your writing from different angles and practise a variety of styles of your choice. This is an opportunity to explore your own writing at your own pace, building on your own practice and developing your skills. This course is for people who want to find their voice and learn to express it.

At the end of the course, there is the opportunity to present your work as part of our New Writing event at Yorkshire Festival of Story 2020.

Dates: 7 March - 4 July 2020, 10:30am - 4:30pm
Location: The Joinery, Dawsons Court, Market Place, Settle, North Yorkshire, BD24 9ED.
Cost: Full course £160. Separately each session is £40. We recommend booking the full course to greatly improve your writing.
