The group will have a maximum of 8 writers to give everyone a chance to have their work read in the group if they wish.

Venue to be confirmed.

Something about me in the Third Person

Angie is a qualified writing coach and tutor with 25 years' experience working with writers. She holds an MA in Scriptwriting and a first class BA Hons degree in English. She was selected for Writernet's playwrights’ development course where she explored working with puppets, media, physical theatre, minimal sets, non-theatre spaces, and live music. She's been running workshops at Salisbury Arts Centre for 8 years and many of her students have had their work performed* in South West and off-West End venues:  Pete Talman recently won The Director’s Cut in London.

Angie set up She Writes, and Juno Theatre for women theatre makers where she is now a consultant, and supports Salisbury Fringe which grew out of the enthusiasm of the talented writers at Salisbury Arts Centre. She is a professional member of NAWE (National Association for Writers in Education) and has taught on the Open University Scriptwriting module.   Her work has been showcased in London, and performed throughout the South West, Brighton, Manchester and Edinburgh Fringe.
