Join fellow authors and educational writers for a morning looking at health and wellbeing. Although this session is hosted by the Society of Authors' Educational Writers Group, it is open to all authors including non SoA members.
In this talk, Ignaty Dyakov will focus on the topic of health for fellow authors, which is a foundation for success in professional life.
Drawing on his recommendations from 5,000-year-old Ayurvedic tradition, as well as the modern science of naturopathy, Ignaty will talk about nutrition, exercise, sleep, relaxation, spiritual and emotional health and a range of mainstream complementary therapies, which can help sustain optimal health.
Ignaty Dyakov wears a number of hats. A chartered linguist, he is also a qualified life and health coach and has travelled to the Himalayas and South East Asia where he studied various complementary therapies as well as training as an Ayurvedic lifestyle consultant.
