A day of creative writing and mindfulness in rural Fife, offering a supportive and nurturing environment for thinking creatively about how to live and work in difficult times
A day providing a nurturing space where participants can:
• Recognise and understand what matters to them
• Explore ways to live these values in their life and work
• Deepen self-awareness and focus
• Experiment with creative techniques for expression
• Replenish and re-charge
Activities will include: Creative writing, mindfulness and group coaching. Previous experience or interest in one or more of these areas would be an advantage but is not essential.
Who's it for? People who want to explore their values for professional or personal reasons, e.g. practitioners in the creative sector, those who support and care for others in their work and life, people with an interest in writing, mindfulness, coaching or related areas.
Where is it? In a beautiful 16th century private house with grounds in rural Fife
This is a stand-alone workshop but it can also be used as preparation for a residential weekend in May 2018, when we will explore these issues in greater depth and introduce further techniques and exercises.
Optional Airbnb available for those who may want accommodation.
