Creative practitioners for arts and health project in Surrey, Arts Partnership Surrey
Deadline: Mon 3 Dec 2018
Arts Partnership Surrey are seeking a number of artists and creative practitioners to provide creative engagement opportunities for people of all ages affected by or experiencing mental health challenges.
Whatever the Weather is our foremost creative arts programme using different artforms to address locally identified health and wellbeing needs. It will enable our partner local authorities to deliver excellent, inspiring participatory arts exactly where it is needed. Evaluation will be key to measuring the impact of the overall programme and we envisage each project adopting an active learning approach which starts by posing a question.

We are looking for artists from a variety of disciplines to be partnered with one or two community groups in Surrey. If successful you will link in with our Lead Artist Tom Cook and will be involved in the planning of your individual project with your host and partner organisations.

The fee will be equivalent to £200 per day for approx. 12 days work plus a training day on 30 January 2019.
