Fundraising Manager, Ledbury Poetry

We are looking for a dynamic and Fundraising Manager to join our team. The successful applicant will have a strong fundraising background, great communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders. Remote or hybrid-working applications encouraged.
The Fundraising Manager will develop appropriate sources of funding, for both revenue and project costs. The majority of this occurs through funding from Trusts and Foundations, though the generosity of individual and corporate giving is also crucial to us achieving our ambitions.
The role involves working closely with the Director to establish and maintain a solid understanding of the organisation's overarching mission and direction.
The Fundraising Manager will also support the Director to administer the application and reporting requirements set by the Arts Council for National Portfolio Organisations.
