Applications are invited for the post of Lecturer in Creative Writing (Fiction) in the Department of English.

The successful candidate will join a team of prize-winning writers in the department which includes Lavinia Greenlaw, Douglas Cowie, and Benjamin Markovits. 

You will have an international profile as a fiction writer or demonstrable potential to become a leading international fiction writer; you will have a strong publication record and successful experience of teaching at University level, preferably including experience of teaching on literary critical courses.

This is a permanent post, available from September 2019, or as soon as possible thereafter. (Job Ref: 0619-248)
