Lecturer in Creative Writing, University of Lincoln

Due to continued expansion, the University of Lincoln's School of English and Journalism is seeking to appoint a Lecturer who will contribute to the delivery of a range of taught programmes. The successful applicant would be joining the new BA (Hons) English and Creative Writing programme as well as contributing to the BA (Hons) English programme and our MAs in English and Creative Writing.
We are particularly keen to recruit someone with an interest in some aspect of writing prose (ideally fiction) who will be able to develop such forms at Lincoln. Applicants who are also able to teach poetry will be especially welcome.
The successful candidate will have a lively interest in some aspects of contemporary literature as well as the ability to forge links with writing groups, agents, publishers and other organisations involved in the creative arts. In the English subject area, high quality undergraduate programmes are evolving to enhance research-engaged education, and it has a successful masters-level programmes in English studies and Creative Writing.
