Lecturer in English and Creative Writing – Teaching and Scholarship (Maternity Cover)

Cardiff Metropolitan University - Cardiff School of Education and Social Policy seeks an experienced lecturer on a fixed term contract until 31 July 2018 or until the post holder returns, whichever date is sooner.
The successful candidate will be required to teach and assess undergraduate students in the areas of English and Creative Writing, including the delivery of lectures, workshops and tutorials.
It is anticipated that the post-holder’s duties will include teaching and assessment on the following modules: Reading Literature, Narratives, Identities and Place, Urban and Contemporary Writing, Writing Poetry and Digital Media Publishing.
The post-holder will undertake undergraduate dissertation supervision, where appropriate.
