Operations Manager (Senior Leadership), Grimm & Co

Grimm & Co is a story destination and children's writing charity. We are now recruiting for an organised and experienced operational and financial manager to create and manage systematic, clear and precise budgets, HR and all back office and externally facing operations and communications.

You will be a great leader – a strong starter/completer with outstanding communication skills and attention to detail to ensure accuracy in reporting and planning.

This role will help Grimm & Co to strengthen our core, develop effective procedures and ensure greater robustness of data and reporting mechanisms.

Please note that we are a small team so this postholder will need to be able to adapt/provide flexibility to respond to organisational needs and create systems and approaches to ensure smooth running.

This is a pivotal time for Grimm & Co with planned growth and expansion of our work and our proposed move to a new, exciting destination space.
