Paid Personal Development Opportunity for a Poet, Literature Wales
Deadline: Wed 21 Nov 2018
Literature Wales are offering an opportunity for a poet new to the field of running workshops to co-lead a project for 11-14 year olds alongside an experienced workshop facilitator in the South Powys area.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to shadow and be mentored, as well as gain experience in jointly planning a project (details of pay and terms below). This will be a bilingual (Welsh and English) project, but we welcome applications from poets who only work in one language.

There will be a total of two days of workshops in a secondary school in South Powys (December-January 2019; dates to be confirmed), and one additional day in Cardiff Bay on February 19 to present the work to an audience.

In addition to the opportunity to develop, a fee of £150 per day plus travel costs will be paid (therefore a total of £450 plus travel costs for the whole project).

Deadline: 5pm, Wednesday 21 November 2019
