Teaching Associate in Creative Writing (Poetry), University of Nottingham

The School of English seeks to appoint a Teaching Associate in Creative Writing (Poetry). The person appointed will undertake teaching in the field of Creative Writing, convening and teach on specialist undergraduate and postgraduate poetry modules as well as other team-taught creative writing modules.

Candidates should have a PhD (or equivalent) in a relevant area of creative writing, or equivalent level of creative practice, with a specialism in writing poetry. Evidence of the ability to teach at undergraduate and postgraduate levels is essential.

This is a full time, fixed-term contract from 1 September 2019 to 30 June 2020 to cover for members of staff on study leave and based in the School of English, Trent Building. Job share arrangements may be considered. The interview process will include a presentation of teaching and a formal interview. (Job Ref: ARTS184919)
