Living with Uncertainty - both personal and public: Using Words and Stories as Resources
Sat 11 Nov 2017 to Sat 11 Nov 2017
In this experiential workshop led by Ted Bowman, participants will explore writing and literary resources for uncertain times. Whether public or personal, if something is unmentionable it can also be unmanageable.
Disruptive changes whether perceived as positive or negative can alter stories, routines and relationships. When changes are cumulative and contain uncertainty, distress is common. Finding words or stories can aid one’s coping, resiliency and hope. Ted Bowman

Ted is a family and grief therapist working in the U.S. In 2008 he received the outstanding achievement award from The National Association for Poetry Therapy. He delivers inspiring and relevant workshops suitable for personal development and professional use.
