Guest editor of the forthcoming edition of the NAWE journal is Kathy Flann, lecturer in Creative Writing at St Martin's University College, Lancaster. The edition has a particularly strong focus on writing in schools, together with fascinating articles on writing in prisons and hospitals.
The journal will be mailed to all members mid July. Contributors include:

Sue Horner (QCA); Jonathan Barnes (keynote speech from the UKRA conference); Jonathan Davidson on Write on Too!; Sheena Blackhall putting Scots on the map; Ben Ballin using stories and myths in global citizenship; David Greenslade; David McVey; Martyn Crucefix, Penny Darby and Joan Michelson.

Our regular editor, Liz Cashdan, is set to rejoin us after the summer having completed her PhD dissertation on women novelists of the Romantic period.
