I teach Writing for Wellbeing - guided writing activities as a gentle approach to personal growth. These activities help increase self-awareness, foster clarity and insight, and lift your mood.
I do one-off workshops in the North East, Yorkshire, and other UK locations. Themed workshops include: Mindfulness and Calm; Balance and Perspective; Change and Growth; and Creative Inspiration.
I also practice regularly at the Westoe Practice in South Shields, where Writing for Wellbeing is available both as 4-week group courses and as one-to-one therapy.
Laura Napran, PhD, is an experienced teacher, writer and storyteller. She is a member of Lapidus (Literary Arts for Personal Development).
