Sophie was born in Milton Keynes in 1991. At the age of 4, she moved to Chester and resided there until she moved to York for university in 2009. Sophie has had a range of aspirations from a young age; from being an actress, to a beauty therapist and even a ballet dancer (the naivety of children). However, one thing that she had always loved was reading. After giving up the dream of being a ballet dancer, Sophie realised that she had found her calling in reviewing literature. Currently, she is working on a blogging placement for the Young Writers' Hub for her English literature university course. In the future, Sophie is hoping to go onto further education after her degree, focusing on journalism as to maximise her potential. Finally, she also runs a blog revolving entirely around reviewing books studied in her degree course and some of her favourites that she has accumulated over the years.
Sophie is currently in her 2nd year of York St John University, studying English Literature

Sophie met Muhammad Ali when she was 8 years old in America and he gave her a cuddle. However, at the time, Sophie had no idea who he was.
