The Centre for New Writing at the University of Leicester is offering a two-day residential/non-residential teacher training course focused on the new A-Level in Creative Writing

Designed for English teachers and tutors who wish to develop their own creative practice, the course is for those who may have experience of teaching Creative Writing in schools but who wish to develop their skills as teachers or tutors of the subject at post-16 level or as teachers of the new A-level in Creative Writing.

The course is suitable for:

Teachers who are already teaching Creative writing A-level
Teachers preparing to teach the A-level in Creative Writing
Teachers interested in offering Creative Writing as an enrichment activity at post-16 level
Tutors of creative writing
