Creative Writing Drop In

Join the creative writing Brighton group, and experiment with prose, poetry and scriptwriting in a safe, supportive environment

 If you wish, you can share your writing work with others. This drop in group is open to all levels of ability and focuses on different writing exercises each session.

Fee: FREE
Dates 2016: 2, 16, 30 September, 14, 28 October, 11, 25 November, 9 December
Dates 2017: 6, 20 January, 3, 17 February, 3, 17, 31 March
Times: Fridays 1-3pm
Venue: The Friends Centre, Ivory Place, Morley Street, Brighton, BN2 9QE

Please note you only need to book for one drop-in and are able to attend all future sessions.

Tutor: Lisa Fulthorpe is a freelance writer who has written for television, (C4′s Smack The Pony – 1998 & BBC1 Doctors -2008) radio and film. She was a runner up in the BBC talent award (2003) and was a script reader for the Film Council amongst others. She has also been a Theatre Critic for London’s What’s On Magazine. She is co-founder of Scriptease www.scripteaseuk.wordpress.com, a script development group based in Brighton.
