In partnership with Writing East Midlands, Arvon will be bringing the magic of its renowned writing courses to The Collection, Lincoln for a weekend of poetry writing

Maybe you’ve dipped your toes into poetry before and would like explore further? Or perhaps you’ve been writing for years but are now stuck in a rut? This course will help you take your poetry writing in new directions through a dynamic combination of workshops, tutorials and personal writing time.

Join leading poets Cathy Grindrod and Daljit Nagra for three days immersion in the art and craft of writing poetry.

The course will take place at The Collection, an award winning archaeology museum combined with the region’s premier art gallery, the Usher Gallery, in the heart of historic Lincoln.

The fee of £280 includes workshops, individual tutorials, lunch and dinner each day and tutor and guest readings. Three grants of £200 towards the cost of the course fee are available for those on a low income.
