Thu 8 Dec 2016 to Thu 8 Dec 2016
Come along to the second in the series of Expressive Writing with a Dash of humour in conjunction with The School of Laughter - Find your Funny, and utilise poetry and expressive writing as a tool for healing and self discovery

Humour eases our troubles, adds zest to our lives and connects us to others.

Come along to the second in the series of Expressive Writing with a Dash of humour in conjunction with The School of Laughter - Find your Funny, and utilise poetry and expressive writing as a tool for healing and self discovery. You will gain an opportunity to experience ways in which creative and expressive writing can help you incorporate more humour into your life and enhance your sense of wellbeing.

This workshop is experiential and open to everyone, No previous experience of poetry or expressive writing is required, just a willingness to share, reflect and experiment with words in a supportive environment.

You especially benefit when you share your writing. Hearing your words validated by others can be a powerful learning experience and can lead to deeper levels of understanding and increased confidence. However, you always decide what you wish to share.

Charmaine Pollard is a Certified Poetry Therapist, Counsellor and Life Coach.
