How to improve your novel with Charlotte Mendelson
Sun 20 Sep 2015 to Sun 20 Sep 2015
A highly interactive course that will help you to build upon the strengths of your novel – and give it the best possible chance of being accepted by an agent

Learn how to make your novel the best it can possibly be at this highly practical course with Charlotte Mendelson. Combining her experience as an award-winning novelist with twenty years’ experience as a publisher, Charlotte will help you to rigorously edit your work so it has the strongest possible chance of being accepted by an agent.

Ahead of the course, you will need to submit a synopsis of your novel and an outline of any particular concerns (1,000 words max), both of which will be workshopped during the class. On the day, you’ll learn how to critique your own work and that of others in the group. Plus, you’ll learn techniques that will help to resolve problems with your manuscript and build upon the strengths of your story. With plenty of tailored advice and time for discussion, it’s an unmissable opportunity to learn from one of the UK’s most respected and committed novelists.
