Manor House Development Trust (MHDT) is looking for someone with energy, a passion for community arts and a can do attitude to lead on our Arts Strategy on the Woodberry Down estate in North Hackney, London. MHDT is an independently funded community development organisation working on the Woodberry Down estate as it undergoes a largescale regeneration project.

You will coordinate a range of local arts initiatives with the aim of:

• Building local capacity and community cohesion
• Improving open spaces
• Engaging the local community

Your role will be to facilitate the effective implementation of our arts strategy and to ensure that maximum benefits for local artists and local residents are sustained beyond this current funding period.
