Lecturer in Film/Screenwriting (Part-time)

The Department of Literature, Film, and Theatre at the University of Essex wishes to appoint an experienced film / screenwriter to support expansion of film practice in the curriculum
The Department has an established reputation in integrating film theory and practice. An ability to contribute to other related areas of the Department such as film theory or history, creative writing and/or theatre would be an advantage.
The appointed person will be expected to make a significant contribution to the research and teaching activities of the Department. They will also be expected to supervise students, at both undergraduate and post graduate level, and participate in administrative duties.
