Peer Reviewer
Deadline: Mon 22 Feb 2016
To support the artistic review of the work of Regularly Funded Organisations, Creative Scotland are seeking Peer Reviewers with professional expertise and knowledge across a range of art forms

The range of activity to be reviewed will include work which is produced or presented - such as performances, exhibitions, festivals activity, programmes and events – as well as activity that takes place in more participatory settings (i.e. in a healthcare, education, or criminal justice setting), or which has more of a sector development or infrastructure support focus.

Peer reviewers will initially be contracted until 31 March 2017. They will be required to provide a professional, informed, honest, credible, and insightful review of the agreed selected work/activity.

The estimated requirement is for each Peer Reviewer to carry out an average of 6 reviews in the year from April 2016 (although it may be more or less than this).  The activity to be reviewed may take place anywhere in Scotland (and in some instances may take place beyond Scotland).  Some activity to be reviewed may take place online.

Reviewers will be paid an hourly rate of £28.50 (excluding VAT) and reasonable travel and accommodation expenses (where these are incurred).
