The successful applicant will be an outgoing, reliable, enthusiastic individual with excellent communication skills and a genuine interest in literature. They will have the ability to balance priorities, manage their own workload and work within a budget. They will be a self-starter, able to work well under pressure and with limited resources. They will have proven PR and communications experience, clear ideas about the relationship between marketing and return and be able to demonstrate understanding of Writing West Midlands’ specific marketing needs.

Shortlisted applicants will be contacted by Tuesday 15th March 2016 by email. Those shortlisted may be asked to prepare a short presentation and will be invited for interview in Birmingham on the afternoon of Monday 21st March 2016.
