The Production Managers will be instrumental in the planning and delivery of technical and production aspects of the 2017 programme, helping to ensure that productions and events are delivered to the highest standards. Working with the Producing Team, Creative Partners, Delivery partners and other external organisations, they will scope out and advise on technical and production requirements, advise on suitable venues and locations for events and productions, and manage relationships with consultants, freelancers, contractors and other stakeholders. Experience of indoor and outdoor live event production and Health and Safety management is essential.

In line with health and safety, Production Managers will be required to prepare risk assessments and event safety management plans, advise and support colleagues on best practice, and attend Events Safety Advisory Group meetings on behalf of the Technical & Operations Team.

Additionally, the Production Managers will manage onsite activities and staff, produce production schedules and manage contracts and order goods and services as required. Experience dealing with procurement systems is desirable. They will also manage project budgets, following all financial procedures in liaison with the Finance Controller.
