The Walter Swan Trust Poetry Prize

Ilkley Literature Festival are delighted to announce that our poetry competition is now the Walter Swan Trust Poetry Prize
Supported by the Walter Swan Trust and named in honour of the much-loved playwright, poet, writer and former creative development manager of Ilkley Playhouse, the poetry competition is open to anyone over the age of 18. As well as £200 prize for first place (and £100 and £75 for poets placed second and third) winning poets are offered the chance to read at the Festival.
