Sonia is a writer of fiction and non-fiction, poetry and prose, for children and adults. For Sonia, Inspiration comes in many shapes and forms and they all have their place in her life. She loves to help writers who are just starting out and lack confidence as well as successful authors who need to boost their creativity or overcome writers’ block.
In 2011 Sonia took part in the Coaching for Writers course sponsored by Arvon and the National Association for Writers in Education (NAWE) and is accredited by Performance Coach Training Ltd and Relational Dynamics 1st Ltd as a Relational Dynamic Coach.
