Apart from writing, Morgen is a freelance editor for publishers and indie authors.
She is also a speaker, mentor, tutor & lecturer of writing courses
as well as a judge of writing competitions.
As a former columnist for Writers’ Forum magazine ‘Competitive Edge’ and chair of three writing groups, Morgen has judged the Flash 500, H.E. Bates, BBC Radio 2, BeaconLit, and Althorp Literary Festival short story competitions as well as the RONE novel competition.
Talks and workshops have included for the W.I., U3A, Troubador’s Self-Publishing Conference, Delapré Book Festival, and NAWG Fest with her ‘Editing your Fiction’ weekend residential course.
