Christophe Riesco
"A poem is its own statement: the most eloquent statement a poet could make would be to remain silent while the poem is speaking, singing."
Biography:
"I was born in Manchester, where I live and work. I visit other cities when I can. I was lucky enough to spend five years at the Writing School in Manchester – which is a great meeting place, one I recommend – and I remain somehow grateful to London, Berlin and Paris for what I experienced there, and to bookshops and school libraries now forgotten where I picked up Dante, J.G. Ballard, and 'The Pearl', quite by accident, when I was much younger."
Bibliography:
Flight
Conscious, unconscious
Fata Morgana
