The first seminar in this ESRC Series took place on 11 January at the University of Exeter.
The four part series has been awarded £18K funding by the ESRC. The series bid, led by PI Dr Sue Dymoke (University of Leicester) and co-convenors, Dr Anthony Wilson (University of Exeter) and Professor Andrew Lambirth (University of Greenwich) has the full support of the English Poet Laureate, Carol Ann Duffy and two former laureates, Sir Andrew Motion and Michael Rosen. Both Michael Rosen and Andrew Motion will be participating in the University of Leicester seminars.

NAWE is involved in the series and will be reporting on it in Writing in Education, over the year.
