PLR is your legal right to payment from government funds
Have you authored, illustrated, edited or translated a book that is available in public libraries? PLR is your legal right to payment from government funds, based on the estimated number of times your books are borrowed. Based in Stockton-on-Tees, the Public Lending Right team celebrated a great milestone recently when the 50,000th author registered, while UK children’s writers continue to dominate PLR’s most borrowed authors list for 2010-2011.

There are no joining or membership fees, so to ensure that you receive your dividends register at www.plr.uk.com or call 01642 604699.
