Young People’s Book Group

In February the first meeting of New Writing North's young people’s book group will take place at Mister Woods Café in Tynemouth. The group is for young people aged 13-19 who love reading and want to talk to other young people about the books they’ve read. There will be someone to lead the group, so there’ll be no awkward silences, just fun and friendly conversation over a coffee.

We’ve programmed the first four sessions, and all the information including how to sign up can be found at www.northeastbookgroups.com/tynemouth. It’s free to join and you get a special membership card which will entitle you to other goodies, including £2 off the books at Blackwell’s.
