Deadline: Sat 30 Jul 2022
…and how do the themes of divergent thinking, imaginative development, meaning-making, crafting, and holding the reader’s attention relate to one another?

For the final phase of the research, we are recruiting:
• 5 Teachers (KS1, KS2, & KS3)
• 5 Creative writing tutors (Post-16 College/University Educators)
• 5 Published fiction writers (one or more narrative publications in print, magazine, or short story collections).

Participation is entirely virtual and you can participate from home. It involves an interview (informal conversation over Zoom, lasting around 30 minutes) and completion of a ranking and rating task (where you act as a judge to rank and rate 10 children’s writing samples by creative merit).

For further information please contact sophie.lloydcatchpole@arvon.org

Funded by the ESRC. Scientific papers will be published Open Access, enabling your insights to reach the widest audience possible.
