Cranked Anvil Quarterly Flash Fiction Competition

Cranked Anvil have reopened their International Flash Fiction Writing Competition. Any theme/genre, maximum 500 words. An array of prizes, including cash, publication online and digital anthology, and a professional audio recording which is broadcast on UK radio and around the world online.
Entrants must be over 16. Entries must be written in English. Your story can be any theme or genre.
There are two top prizes of £100 and £30, plus a fantastic additional prize package:
Winning entries, plus an unlimited number of 'Special Mentions' will be published online on our website. They will also be included in a future digital anthology.
Professional audio recordings of the stories will be made. These will be broadcast on UK radio (Radio Northumberland, our local affiliate station), and online around the world. The recordings will also be placed on our own online platform, and available on demand to be listened to at any time.
A selection of short-listed entries may also be considered for inclusion in digital anthologies and audio recordings.
Writers can enter up to 3 stories each quarter. £5 for 1 entry, £8 for 2, £10 for 3.
