Inkspot Flash Fiction Writing Competition 2026

Inkspot’s first Flash Fiction Short Story Competition invites flash fiction short stories, with a word count not exceeding 500 words, from writers from anywhere in the world. Short scripts are also welcome. £500 for 500.
Judge: Peter Buckman, Literary Agent, The Ampersand Agency
Prize: £500
Entry Fees: £10 for General Entry, £20 for Entry + a paragraph of feedback from a competition judge. Free entries available for writers on low incomes.
