“Missing” Anthology of writings about the experience of a loved one going missing
Over 170,000 are reported missing in the UK each year. The Missing People charity is looking for contributions to an anthology of poetry and prose that reflects the experience of having a loved one go missing.
The Missing People charity is looking for submissions from people with direct experience of a friend or family member going missing. Writers must be at least 18 years old.
We welcome poetry and various types of prose including stories, reflections and letters.
Poems should be up to 40 lines long and prose up to 1,000 words
Writing should reflect one of the following themes in the context of your experience of a loved one going missing:
• love
• hope
• memories
• missing
Your contribution should be your own original work. You may submit a maximum of 5 entries.
There is no payment for the contributions.
