Writory Monthly Poetry Contest

Writory is an international poetry contest that runs every month, open to poets worldwide in any language. Poems may be submitted in any language and on any theme, and each one is judged in its own language and poetic tradition rather than translated first.
Entries close on the 25th, results follow on the 30th, and every entrant receives a certificate carrying the judge's score, not only winners. Top three take up to US$25 and free entry into the next round. Entry from US$5.
The contest repeats on the same dates every month.
Entries for the August round close on 25 August 2026 and results are published on 30 August.
What makes it worth a writer's time is what happens after the deadline. Ever entrant, placed or not, receives a certificate showing the score their poem was given across five categories, so a poet learns where the work stood rather than only whether it won. The top three receive cash prizes of up to US$25 and free entry into the following month's round.
Entry costs US$5 for one poem, US$8 for two and US$15 for five.
Age 13 and over. No geographic restriction. No restriction on theme, form or language.
