This practical one-day online training course helps creative professionals develop the confidence and techniques needed to plan and lead engaging, inclusive sessions in creative, cultural, and heritage contexts.
Designed for emerging facilitators, creative practitioners, educators and project leaders, the course explores what effective facilitation looks like in practice: from building trust and managing group dynamics, to communicating clearly and adapting to different learning styles.
Throughout the day, participants will take part in interactive activities which will empower participants to create inclusive and engaging sessions.
