The written word isn’t only meant for your favourite chair, the bathtub or
those moments before you fall asleep every day. When it leaps off the page,
when it’s read aloud, when it comes alive, when it’s debated, when it’s
cared about, by the most vital writers from Wales and the world, by you.
That’s when beautiful things can happen. You’ll find it all in this
Festival, from fiction to feminism, crime to children’s literature, sport to
short stories, poetry to politics, business to biography.
Cardiff Book Festival takes place from Friday 7 to Sunday 9 September 2018 at Jurys Inn, Park Place, Cardiff. A Festival Wristband costs £25/£12 and gives access to any festival events on a first come first served basis.
