Award-winning independent publisher Comma Press from the North of England is returning to Newcastle this April with their popular Short Story Course led by Crista Ermiya.
Over six sessions, you'll become familiar with short story narrative structures, and be able to apply them to your own work.
By the end of the course you will have

Crista Ermiya is a short story writer whose work has been widely published in anthologies, including Test Signal (Bloomsbury/Dead Ink) and The Book of Newcastle(Comma Press). Her story collection The Weather in Kansas (Red Squirrel Press) was chosen by New Writing North as a Read Regional title, and was selected for Best British Short Stories 2016 (Salt). She is an experienced Editor and Writing Tutor. Born in London, to Turkish-Cypriot and Filipino parents, Crista lives in Newcastle upon Tyne with her husband and son.
