Having provided mentoring for its alumni for some years, Curtis Brown Creative is now rolling out its new one-to-one mentoring programme that is open to all. Get expert, individual guidance as you write and edit your novel, memoir or non-fiction project. 3/6/9 Months | Zoom or In Person | £1,700.
We’ll pair you with a mentor from our team of experienced authors and editors, who will read and provide feedback on three extracts of 10,000 words (total of 30,000 words) and have three meetings with you to discuss your work.
Select a mentoring programme to run for three, six or nine months depending on the pace you’re working at.
Mentoring is perfect for writers seeking targeted, detailed one-to-one feedback.
We have expert mentors for those writing the following:
Novels written for adults
Novels written for children (older than 7) or young adults
Collections of short stories
Memoir
Narrative non-fiction
