With a tight-knit group of nine fellow writers, you'll get regular, rigorous feedback as you write, helping you answer those tricky early draft questions: ‘Does this work?’; ‘How do I know what to keep and what to discard?’; ‘How should I change this to make it even better?’

A natural continuation for graduates of Writing a Novel, or a great support group for writers who need to really get their head down and get to the end, this fortnightly, six-month course is all about reaching your goal.

Gillian Slovo is a hugely experienced tutor and acclaimed writer of thirteen novels, a celebrated memoir and several plays.

The sessions will take place every two weeks on Wednesday evenings between 18:30 and 21:00, with each participant bringing work once a month, with the intervening month’s writing/editing time structured by materials made available on Faber Academy’s online classroom.
