Over the last fourteen years, Writing a Novel, Faber Academy’s flagship course, has inspired hundreds of writers and put more than 150 authors on the path to publication. Now, for the first time, we're launching Writing a Memoir – a six-month course for writers ready to commit themselves to the art and craft of memoir.
Designed by course tutor Margie Orford, this is a six-month deep dive into the art and craft of memoir, with sessions on every aspect you'll need to take you from the bare bones of an idea to a finished piece of work. Along the way, you’ll hear from writers at the top of their game as well as industry experts – as well as meeting up to fourteen dedicated aspiring memoirists who you can take with you into your future writing career.
