It's back! Birmingham Literature Festival: 5-8 October 2023

We're delighted to reveal the programme of events and workshops for this year's Birmingham Literature Festival which also features a walking/writing programme.
The Birmingham REP theatre will be playing host to most of our events once again, as well as The Exchange on Centenary Square, and the Roundhouse, run by the National Trust in Birmingham. We’ll also be running a number of walking events around the city.
We're pleased to say that we've lowered our ticket prices. In this period where household budgets have been squeezed, we want everyone who wants to attend Birmingham Literature Festival to be able to. All author events are £8 to £10 per person, with concession rates available and a free carer ticket for anyone who needs it. Our workshops remain £15 per taught hour, with bursaries available.
