The title of the workshop was inspired by a poem written by Deborah Cooper
No need to worry about spelling or grammar. Nor any knowledge of poetry or expressive writing is required; you simply need to be willing to share, reflect and experiment with words in a supportive environment.

Charmaine Pollard is an experienced poetry therapist, counsellor, and life coach with a passion for leading therapeutic writing workshops to promote health and wellbeing. She is author of Writing for Resilience, a book that harnesses the power of writing to help boost self-awareness and strengthen resilience.
