Practices to support you through the pandemic. The aim of these experiential sessions is to help you to develop an in-depth personal experience of mindfulness and to build the experience of mindfulness into your writing.
These are practices that you will then be able to do on your own, and many people who have been doing Adrienne's mindfulness and Bev's creative writing have declared they helped with the difficulties of the pandemic of 2020.
Delivery is via 8 zoom sessions (Fridays 1100 - 1300) from
26 June to 14 August 2020.
Join us for one, some or all of them - they are standalone sessions. There is no charge and no limit to numbers of participants.
