'Mythweaving: Story and the Self' is a creative, therapeutic day retreat taking place in Henbant Permaculture Farm, Eryri on 28th June. Drawing wisdom from myth and fairytale using storytelling, creative writing and therapeutic techniques, and using them as tools for deeper understanding of the self and the world around us.
Warmly led by writer and creative facilitator Silvia Rose and trauma psychotherapist and storyteller Jack Cunliffe, this event is open to anyone who is curious about the healing power of story.
